A Security Deposit Authorization on a credit card is required prior to check in for $150.00, and will only be charged if there is damage, excessive cleaning needed upon departure or you do not depart your unit by 10:15am.
We are adhering to a strict departure of 10AM, there will be no exceptions to this policy as we need the maximum amount of time to clean and disinfect prior to check in of the next guest. Failure to adhere to this policy will be charged a $100.00 for the 1st hour and then $50.00 for each hour thereafter

Dear Mountain View Family Member,
As you all know 2020 was a tough year for all of us, thankfully that it is behind us now. I would like to thank all of our Mountain View families and guests for being understanding of the new rules that were put in place, so that we could ensure the health and safety of our guests and employees. I am happy to report that we did not have any cases of Covid-19 reported here at the resort !
We are now into the first quarter of 2021 and things are looking up. We now have a vaccine for the Covid19 virus, life is starting to get back to a normal as the state is has just opened up to 100 percent occupancy for our restaurants and lodging. Owners and guests no longer have to quarantine before their trip to NH from states outside of New England as they have been required to due since reopening in June 2020.
We are looking forward to seeing all of you back at the resort this year. We will be continuing disinfecting of the units and asking our owners and guests to bring their own blankets until the CDC says that we can go back to common practices. We are committed to keeping our Mountain View family healthy and safe.
In speaking with our owners I have heard that some are unhappy with the high cost of membership with RCI and II. So I set out to find some other options. After looking into the other options out there, I believe I have found an option that many of owners will be happy with.
I am happy to inform you that we have just signed on with 7 Across (formerly known as DAE) this is another timeshare exchange company that is a little different from RCI and II as their is no membership fees and you only pay for your exchange. I have added a link so that you can see what this new company has to offer. www.https://7across.com
